Advance Funds Network Terms Of Business

Last Updated: 30 September 2026

These Website Terms of Business (“Terms”) govern your use of the Advance Funds Network website (the “Website”) and the services we provide. By using our Website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of them, you must not use our Website.

1. Who We Are

This Website is operated by Advance Funds Network Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a commercial finance brokerage registered in England and Wales under company number 17298045. Our registered office is at Paternoster House, 65 St. Paul’s Churchyard, London EC4M 8AB.

2. Website Use & Intellectual Property

We grant you a temporary, non-exclusive license to view and use the content and tools on this Website for your internal business purposes in seeking commercial finance.

We own or are the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Website and the material published on it, including our brand, logos, and any content or calculators. You must not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of our Website without our express written permission.

3. Our Role as a Commercial Finance Broker

Our service is to introduce UK businesses to a panel of commercial lending partners. We are an independent broker and not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as we exclusively arrange finance for corporate bodies (such as limited companies and LLPs) for business purposes. Our services are not available to sole traders or partnerships.

4. The Introduction Process (A Non-Advised Service)

We provide a non-advised, execution-only introduction service. We will gather information about your business to identify lenders on our panel whose criteria you may meet. We will then share your information with those lenders to facilitate an introduction.

We do not provide financial advice or recommend any specific product. We will provide you with factual information about the finance options available, but it is your sole responsibility to assess those options and decide if a product is right for your business. We strongly recommend you seek independent legal and financial advice before entering into any agreement.

5. Fees & Commissions

  • Lender Commission: We are typically paid a commission by the lender if you successfully enter into a finance agreement with them following our introduction. The commission we receive varies between lenders and does not affect the impartiality of our introductions.
  • Client Fees: Depending on the nature of the transaction and the services provided, we may also charge you a consulting or service fee. Where a fee applies, this will be fully disclosed and agreed with you separately in a written Fee Agreement before you proceed.
  • Your Right to Disclosure: You have the right to request, at any time, full details of any commission we receive from a lender in relation to your finance agreement.

6. Credit Searches

By submitting an enquiry, you authorise us and our lending partners to perform initial identity verification, anti-money laundering, and soft credit checks. These checks do not affect your credit score and are used solely to assess your eligibility for finance.

A lender will only perform a “hard” credit search, which is visible on your credit file, if you choose to proceed with a formal application and give them your express consent.

7. Your Warranties & Responsibilities

By using our service, you warrant that:

  • You are a UK-registered limited company, LLP, or other corporate body.
  • You are authorised to seek finance on behalf of the business.
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • You will notify us of any material changes to your financial position or business.

8. Disclaimers & Our Liability

Our service is limited to making introductions. We do not guarantee that any application will result in an offer of finance. The lender has the final decision on all applications.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect business losses you may suffer, including loss of profit, loss of business, or wasted expenditure, in connection with using our service or any agreement you enter into with a lender. Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall be limited to £1,000.

9. Third-Party Websites

Our Website may contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties (such as our lending partners). We have no control over the content of these sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

10. Complaints

We are committed to providing a high-quality service. If you are unhappy with our service, please let us know so we can resolve the issue.
